Resep Puding Casablanca

Resep PudingCasablanca

Bahan :

100 gr mentega (cairkan)

5 butir telur

Agar-agar 3 bungkus (air ¾ gelas x 3)

70 gr terigu

Coklat bubuk secukupnya

450 gr gula

½ SKM

Cara  Membuat :

  1. Kocok kuning telur + 200 gr gula sampai mengembang + terigu, susu.
  2. Mentega dicairkan, masukkan ke kocokkan telur, lalu aduk.
  3. Agar-agar dimasak dengan 200gr + air, masukkan ke kocokkan telur (jangan terlalu panas), aduk rata.
  4. Lalu tuang ke loyang, simpan di lemari es.
